My approach to therapy and psychological testing is strength-based, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based practices and tools. I draw from a variety of theoretical perspectives, including cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and solution-focused models. My areas of clinical expertise include ADHD/ADD, 

learning disorders (e.g. dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia), giftedness and twice-exceptionality, and mood and anxiety disorders (e.g. social anxiety, depression, etc.).  Additionally, I am skilled at helping individuals cope with and manage the all too common issues of adjustments/transitions, self-esteem, procrastination, perfectionism, impact and effects of social media, and relationship issues.
