About Me
Hello! I am the owner and founder of Dreamcloud Psychology & Educational Services in Louisville, Kentucky. I am a Licensed Psychological Practitioner governed by the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology. For the past eleven years, I have worked in private practice settings and have held licensure to practice psychology within the state of Kentucky. I enjoy working with children and adolescents (ages 9 and up) and adults. I have an extensive background in child development and my expertise is in assessment and treatment of learning challenges, attention and executive functions, and social-emotional issues.
Areas of Specialization
My approach to therapy and psychological testing is strength-based, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based practices and tools. I draw from a variety of theoretical perspectives, including cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and solution-focused models. My areas of clinical expertise include ADHD/ADD,
learning disorders (e.g. dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia), giftedness and twice-exceptionality, and mood and anxiety disorders (e.g. social anxiety, depression, phobias). Additionally, I am skilled at helping individuals cope with and manage the all too common issues of adjustments/transitions, self-esteem, procrastination, perfectionism, impact and effects of social media, and relationship issues.

Under supervision of a licensed psychologist (Margaret Wright, Psy.D.), I performed over 300 hundred
psychological evaluations to children and adolescents with various neurodevelopmental challenges (e.g. ADHD, learning disabilities, language Disorders), giftedness/twice-exceptionality, behavioral issues, and mood disorders.
Additional professional experience includes over 20 years working with children, adolescents and families across various settings (e.g. community mental health, residential treatment, Archdiocese of Louisville, and the Department of Juvenile Justice).
